    Workshop & Event Tickets

All workshop tickets, Charm Bar Nights, and studio experiences are non-refundable.

Due to limited capacity and advance preparation, no refunds or exchanges are offered for tickets.
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with advance notice.

    Made-to-Order Jewelry

All made-to-order jewelry pieces are final sale.

Each piece is custom-made specifically for the wearer, including rings cast from workshop wax carvings. For this reason, no refunds or exchanges are available on finished products.

All permanent jewelry services are final sale.

Because permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded in-studio, no refunds or exchanges are offered.

    Rewelding Policy

    • Complimentary rewelding is offered for up to 30 days from the original service date for chains that break due to normal wear.

    • Proof of purchase may be required.

    Please note:

    • After 30 days, rewelding may be available for a small fee, depending on the condition of the chain

    Repairs & Adjustments

We offer a complimentary repair window for normal wear or craftsmanship-related issues.

    • Free repairs are available within 30 days of pickup or delivery

    • This includes minor solder issues, loose connections, or finishing adjustments

    This does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse or accidents

    • Bending, crushing, or impact damage

    • Improper care or exposure

After 30 days, repairs may be available for a small fee, depending on the issue.
